2. You agree that the administrators of this forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time at its discretion and without explanation.

3. Prohibited to place posts that contain:

Public argument with the moderator shall be penalized with ban.

5. For the convenience of work in forum is not recommended:

c. to use "embellishment" in the title of theme -=My theme=-, MY thEmE
d. To place one or more images over 480x480 pixels - better to put a link to the big picture
e. Do not fall for provocations by the other participants. Write a complaint to the PM (personal message) moderator

Constant violation of this paragraph of Rules may be penalized at the discretion of the moderator.

6. Ignorance of the Rules not only relieve of responsibility for violation, but also is an aggravating circumstance.

7. This Rules may be changed at any time.
